J+J flooring Group offers EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) for our products and HPD (Health Product Declaration) for all Kinetex. These documents provide full transparency on products and their ingredients starting at raw material sourcing.
All Kinetex products contain approximately 50% post consumer recycled content. One box of Kinetex contains the equivalent of 492 plastic water bottles, with one 24”x24” tile equaling 27 plastic bottles. It has become clear that the careless disposal of plastic water bottles has contributed to significant danger for marine life across the planet. Kinetex is making a difference by creating a significant use for what otherwise might be harmfully discarded.
J+J Flooring Group is an EPA Green Power Partner and is committed to using clean, renewable energy for electricity use and are working to reduce our carbon footprint. We’ve seen a 28.7% reduction since 2010.
